What We Do
Building Bridges to Independence, LLC was established on values, respect, and integrity for each individual and their families. Building Bridges to Independence, LLC works collaboratively with each individual, their family, support team, and the county and state of Indiana entities to ensure the highest quality of services are provided. The individuals goals outlined in their own specific plan is derived from their personal strengths, desires, preferences, and their needs. Building Bridges to Independence, LLC assists the consumer with achieving their goals by providing virtue in the services rendered to each individual.
We provide supported living services through the Community Integration and Habilitation (CHI) Waiver, Family Support Waiver (FSW) and Private Pay. The services provided with the individuals funding source within their plan includes, residential habilitation services (RHS), one- on-one community habilitation (CHIO), participant assistance and care (PAC), and respite services.

Medicaid Waiver ProgramsWhile we are a private organization, we accept multiple Medicaid waivers, including the Community Integration and Habilitation (CHI) Waiver, Family Support Waiver (FSW) and Private Pay.
